We Won 'Medical Supply Store of the Year'!

We're delighted to announce that we have won the 'Medical Supply Store of the Year' at the South West Prestige Awards 2020/21.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement in our first year of trading and are pleased that the judges of the competition were able to recognise the quality of product and the customer service that we have been providing. The judges also stated that they were impressed with our 'team’s personal touch, consistency of reviews and community feel.'

Over the last year we've managed to increase the amount of products we sell by over 50% and improve our packaging quality to be more eco-friendly, as well as increasing the amount of platforms we sell on and improving our customer service response times.

We're looking forward to building on this achievement over the next year as we plan on expanding our business and launching several new products, whilst continuing to contribute to NHS charities.
